SEMSA is specialized in drafting Master Plans for the creation of new mountain resorts, but also in the improvements and optimization of existing ones.

These plans, based on the analysis of environment data, include proposals on each aspect and ski resorts infrastructures: ropeways, ski trails, snowmaking installations, off-piste, cross-country, restaurants, ski school, service buildings, parkings, technical facilities, snowgrooming, personnel, etc…

They also take into account external environment such as: lodging facilities, Access roads, other touristic facilities, …

The aim is to evaluate technical feasability, but also economical one, establishing an investment Outlook to permit financial balance in short and long terms.

Having a global visión is crucial in those kind of studies. Indeed, a Master Plan will be a guide to follow during the developpement of touristic destination.
