{"id":16012,"date":"2020-09-01T16:44:15","date_gmt":"2020-09-01T16:44:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.semsa.ad\/?p=16012"},"modified":"2020-09-01T16:59:16","modified_gmt":"2020-09-01T16:59:16","slug":"cambios-en-la-norma-une-en-1709","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.semsa.ad\/es\/cambios-en-la-norma-une-en-1709\/","title":{"rendered":"Cambios en la norma UNE-EN 1709"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Queremos informarles de los cambios en la norma UNE-EN 1709 relativa a los Requisitos de seguridad de las instalaciones de transporte por cable destinadas a personas &#8211; Examen previo a la puesta en servicio, mantenimiento y controles en explotaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\nLa\naplicaci\u00f3n generalizada del transporte por cable al transporte\np\u00fablico en medio urbano aconsejaba una profunda revisi\u00f3n de esta\nnorma, tanto en su contenido, como en la periodicidad de las\ninspecciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\nLa\nnorma EN 1709:2019 sustituye pues la EN 1709:2004. Cabe destacar que\nel alcance de esta norma ha cambiado de \u00ab<em>Examen\nprevio a la puesta en servicio, mantenimiento y controles en\nexplotaci\u00f3n<\/em>\u00bb\na \u00ab<em>Examen\nprevio a la puesta en servicio, instrucciones para el mantenimiento,\nla inspecci\u00f3n y los controles en explotaci\u00f3n<\/em>\u00ab.\nEn particular, los intervalos y la metodolog\u00eda de inspecci\u00f3n de las\ngrandes\ninspecciones\nhan variado substancialmente (apartado 6.3.7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\nA\npartir de ahora, para los constituyentes estructurales sometidos a\ncargas de fatiga elevadas, deja de distinguirse la primera gran\ninspecci\u00f3n de las siguientes, debi\u00e9ndose realizar ahora cada 15\na\u00f1os o 30.000 horas de funcionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\nLas\nperiodicidades de las grandes inspecciones de los frenos, las pinzas,\nlas suspensiones cambian tambi\u00e9n en la nueva versi\u00f3n de la norma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\nTodos\nlos dem\u00e1s constituyentes de seguridad sujetos a cargas de fatiga\ndeber\u00e1n inspeccionarse con ensayos no destructivos, una primera vez\na los 15 a\u00f1os o despu\u00e9s de 30.000 horas de funcionamiento y\nposteriormente cada 10 a\u00f1os o despu\u00e9s de 20.000 horas de\nfuncionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Retirada de la referencia: Seg\u00fan el anexo II de la DECISI\u00d3N DE EJECUCI\u00d3N (UE) 2019\/1923 DE LA COMISI\u00d3N de 18 de noviembre de 2019 relativa a las normas armonizadas sobre instalaciones de transporte por cable elaboradas en apoyo del Reglamento (UE) 2016\/424 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, la norma EN 1709-2004 se retirar\u00e1 el 30 de abril de 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
