La normativa armonizada europea, en particular la EN12929-1:2015, establece que la velocidad m\u00e1xima para telecabinas monocable debe ser de 6 m\/s (21,6 km\/h). Si bien, hay que se\u00f1alar que esta normativa da \u00abpresunci\u00f3n de conformidad\u00bb al Reglamento de la UE 2016\/424, no por ello es de obligado cumplimiento y se pueden obtener derogaciones en algunos casos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">As\u00ed que, siempre y cuando est\u00e9 convenientemente justificado, los promotores pueden pedir a los \u00f3rganos reguladores del pa\u00eds (por ejemplo a la STRMTG de Francia), la aprobaci\u00f3n de la explotaci\u00f3n de ingenios a velocidades superiores a 6 m\/s.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">De hecho, ya existen algunos telecabinas monocable donde la velocidad m\u00e1xima es de 7 m\/s (25,2 km\/h) por diversos motivos, como puede ser su larga distancias o porque se ubican en el entorno urbano d\u00f3nde el tiempo de trayecto es crucial. Es el caso del nuevo telecabina de Vercland en la estaci\u00f3n de Samo\u00ebns, el telecabina de Fleckalmbahn en las pistas de Kitzb\u00fchel, el telecabina de Ba Na en Vietnam y la futura l\u00ednea 2 del telecabina urbano de Santo Domingo (Rep\u00fablica Dominicana).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Si precisa de m\u00e1s
